The Mastatest USP2 Cartridge tests mastitic milk to identify the pathogen and also antibiotic sensitivity, within 24 hours. Antibiotics tested are Cephapirin, Ceftiofur and Cloxacillin. USP2 cartridges are innovative patented technology, for use with the world-leading Mastatest on-farm mastitis diagnostic system. USP2 is a single test cartridge, meaning that one milk sample is tested per cartridge. Testing and interpretation is automated, an easy and valuable addition to all dairy farm systems.
