Rhinehart Adapter Tips Different sized adapter tips for use with Rhinehart X-50 and X-50A Dehorners. Made from high convection materials. This small adapter tip is 1/2 inch inside diameter and may be fitted to your Rhinehart Dehorners: Model X-40 or X-50 in minutes. Sized for smaller calf breeds.  Place dehorner over the horn and rotate to make sure the high temperature is applied evenly to base of horn. Horn bud will drop off in 4-6 wks.
