These lightweight, stretch rubber boots for wearing over the top of regular footwear will fit even bulky work shoes; easy to put on and take off. Will not crack or stiffen like PCV boots. 100% waterproof and resists tears or punctures. Made with reinforced heels and toes. They have a slip-resistant sole for better footing on wet or icy surfaces. 1300 series is low-profile fitting over the shoe to just below the ankle, while the 1400 series is 10 inches tall reaching mid-calf.
