Norbrook Oxytetracycline 200 Inj [500ml]
Norbrook® Oxytetracycline Injection 200 (oxytetracycline) is a sterile, ready-to-use solution for the administration of the broad-spectrum antibiotic oxytetracycline by injection. Each mL contains 200 mg of oxytetracycline base as amphoteric oxytetracycline. Indicated for the treatment of pneumonia, shipping fever, pinkeye, calf diphtheria, wooden tongue, wounds, infections, foot-rot, and scours caused by E. coli. Recommended for treatment in beef cattle; dairy cattle; calves, including preruminating (veal) calves; and swine.
Administration to cattle may be given by intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intravenous injection, though administering IM is not recommended according to Beef Quality Assurance Guidelines. Administer to swine intramuscularly in the neck region. Discontinue treatment at least 28 days prior to slaughter.
