HD325 Pipeline Cleaner [15 Gal]

Ecolab Liquid HD 325 is a low-foaming, chlorinated detergent for pipeline and mechanical bulk tank cleaning. It is non-corrosive to stainless steel and leaves equipment spot-free. Liquid, chlorinated high alkaline detergent, especially for bulk tank and pipeline washing. Features built-in water conditioners, chelates, chlorine, and surfactants to help improve rinse times. Wetting agents promote better soil penetration. A chlorinated detergent for pipeline washing and bulk tank cleaning. Low foaming formulation. Leaves equipment spot-free. Chlorinated formula attacks and removes protein soils..NPE FREE.

Cleaning Pipelines and Milking Units:

• Pre-flush pipelines and milking units with large volume of potable water.
• Prepare wash solution using 1 fluid ounce(s) of Liquid HD-325TM per each 3 gallon(s) of hot water. Temperature must not go below 100 ̊F/ 38 ̊C during the wash cycle.
• Circulate wash solution through system for 8-10 minutes. Brush-wash all parts not coming in contact with the wash solution. Wear impervious gloves when brush-washing equipment.
• Rinse with large volume of potable water to remove all wash solution. Allow to drain.
• Finish with the proper use dilution of an EPA registered acid sanitizer to acid rinse and sanitize in one easy step, or use the proper dilution of a pipeline acid cleaner to acid rinse the system. Allow to drain.
• Just before milking (no sooner than 30 minutes), sanitize by circulating proper ppmsolution of a recommended EPA-registered sanitizer. Drain completely.

Cleaning Bulk Tanks:

• Pre-flush bulk tank with large volume of potable water.
• Prepare wash solution in volume necessary to properly operate the spray device, using 1 fluid ounce(s) of Liquid HD-325TM per each 2 gallon(s) of hot water. Temperature must not go below 100 ̊F/ 38 ̊C during the wash cycle.
• Spray-wash for 8-10 minutes. Disconnect return line and drain. Inspect all milk zonesurfaces for cleanliness. Prepare wash solution using 4 fluid ounces of a chlorinatedmanual cleaner and not more than 1 gallon of hot water. Brush-wash valve, outside of tank and any part of tank not cleaned by spraying system. Wear impervious gloves when brush-washing equipment.
• Rinse inside and outside of bulk tank with potable water to remove all wash solution. Allow to drain.
• Finish with the proper use dilution of an EPA registered acid sanitizer to acid rinse and sanitize in one easy step, or spray rinse with proper use dilution of a pipeline acid cleaner. Allow to drain.
• Just before milking (no sooner than 30 minutes), sanitize by circulating proper ppmsolution of an appropriate EPA-registered sanitizer. Drain completely.
